The Maintenance Technician assists in the maintenance and operation of all related mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, and other building related equipment.
Competently handle routine tenant comfort calls and perform most PM functions with little or no direct supervision.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years work experience in HVAC
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50 to 100 pounds
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
