Job Summary

• The position will be responsible for the management of all Housekeeping functions by maintaining highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance and aesthetic appearance of the shopping centre.
• Supports and supervises an effective inspection program for all the common touch points of customers on daily basis and ensures pest control timelines are implemented timely.
• Any escalations made by the guest, ensure it is timely resolved and corrective actions are taken; supervises daily Housekeeping shift operations and verifies compliance with all housekeeping policies, standards and procedures.
