Job Summary
You will be part of ACE India, in the P- Core design team driving Intel's latest CPUs in the latest process technology.
As a DFT engineer, you will have direct responsibilities including working on various aspects of PCORE DFT, RTL implementation, Verification, Scan, and ATPG.
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Spyglass DFT
Scan, MBIST, TAP implementation
ATPG, fault models, fault grading
memory BIST, IJTAG/TAP architecture
DFT logic generation, integration, verification
EDA scan architectures and tools
Mentor/Siemens Tessent Shell, TestKompress
Design Verification (DV) using simulators
Post Silicon/ATE Bring-Up Support
RTL (Verilog, System Verilog, VHDL)
Nice-to-have
experience with manufacturing engineering
pattern delivery experience
post-silicon support experience
Key Requirements
Master's degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering with at least 7 years of experience
Bachelor's degree with at least 9 years of experience in DFT
