Job Summary
This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to over 140 ICU beds across diverse specialty services including trauma and neurocritical care.
The role includes supervising pharmacy technicians and interns while contributing to the training of medical students, residents, and fellows at a Magnet-designated academic medical center.
Employees work an evening shift schedule of eight days on and six days off with an 18% night shift differential applicable when overnight coverage is required.

Salary
Flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential; 18% night shift differential when applicable
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Unrestricted pharmacist licensure in Arizona
Acute care hospital experience within past 12 months
Experience with automated dispensing cabinets
Knowledge of sterile compounding procedures
Ability to supervise pharmacy technicians
Nice-to-have
Completion of accredited pharmacy residency program
Previous critical care clinical pharmacy experience
Experience training medical students and residents
Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
