As an Associate Production Manager, you will work alongside existing Production Managers to gain proficiency in manufacturing processes and support deviation management and Manufacturing Excellence.
We work five days per week from the office balancing in-person collaboration with respect for individual flexibility, fostering an inclusive culture that champions diversity and lifelong learning.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
GMP manufacturing experience
Supervisory and leadership skills
Continuous improvement and problem solving
Matrix team collaboration
Day role Monday to Friday
Adherence to cGMP and safety standards
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of SHE principles
Experience with FDA regulated quality systems
Pharmaceutical operational or Chemistry/Micro roles
Digital platforms to improve performance
Lean principles implementation
People development experience
Key Requirements
Science/Engineering degree or relevant experience
Experience in GMP manufacturing environment
Ability to develop coaching and leadership skills
Experience working in a highly compliant or cGMP environment
