Must-have
Current active LPN/LVN license
Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement knowledge
MDS assessment and care plan coordination
Nursing staff supervision and leadership
Accurate medical charting and documentation
Medication administration and narcotic control
Infection control and safety protocol adherence
Nice-to-have
Experience with PCC software preferred
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work under mental stress
Teamwork and collaborative approach
Willingness to attend continuing education
Key Requirements
Must possess current unencumbered active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of accredited college or approved LPN/LVN program
Current CPR certification required
Knowledge and experience with PCC software preferred
Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
