  • This role is pivotal for a high-impact People Operations leader ready to own and strategically scale core HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, LOA, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS, workers’ compensation, and compliance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience with HRIS (preferably Rippling)
  • Proven track record for process improvement
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR Certification preferred
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
