The Leave of Absence Analyst is responsible for managing and administering employee leave of absence programs, including but not limited to short-term disability (STD), long-term disability (LTD), and other company-specific leave policies in the US and Canada.
This role partners with a third-party leave vendor to ensure compliance while providing an exceptional internal experience to employees, managers, and all other stakeholders involved in the leave of absence lifecycle.
