Job Summary

  • Responsible for managing all business in the assigned region and product group, and for formulating regional goals and development direction.
  • Responsible for team personnel recruitment, development, performance management, and coaching, and must ensure the occurrence of MICS PIM and hospital meetings.
  • Strictly manage sales behavior to ensure all daily sales work complies with company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws, including FCPA and relevant anti-corruption laws in mainland China.
