JLL UK is seeking a Project Manager for their Labs division in Mountain View, CA, to lead strategic infrastructure improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project management, particularly in technical infrastructure, and will be responsible for project planning, execution, and client relationship management

Job Summary

  • Lead strategic labs and infrastructure excellence as a Project Manager with JLL, where you'll lead strategic and cross-functional infrastructure improvement projects and end-to-end project delivery including alignment of concepts in terms of scope, time, and cost deliverable development to ensure project goals are met.
  • Your contributions will support JLL's project management excellence while you develop ROM level project estimates for funding approval, select and manage project teams including subcontractors and consultants, conduct value engineering based on Client Basis of Design, lead project teams to investigate and implement energy and carbon related projects, and continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
