Job Summary
This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the stability and reliability of our Post-Trade applications, which are essential for the success of the Equities Derivatives trading business.
You will work directly with traders, operations, quantitative analysts, and developers in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, requiring a blend of strong technical skills, business knowledge, and excellent communication.
The Application Support Senior Analyst provides technical and business support for users of Citi Applcations, including providing quick resolutions to app issues and driving stability, efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
