Must-have
Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing
Minimum 3 years mental health inpatient experience
Understanding of Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022
Willingness to work rotating roster including nights
Nice-to-have
Previous experience as Nurse in Charge or ANUM
Resilient and compassionate approach to care
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to adapt and problem solve in clinical settings
Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care
Key Requirements
AHPRA Registered Nurse with postgraduate mental health qualification
3+ years experience in mental health inpatient setting
Evidence of Police Record Check and Working with Children Check
