Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years Tier 2 or Tier 3 support experience
  • Microsoft Certified AZ104 MSCE preferred
  • VMWare Certified VCP VCA beneficial
  • Networking Certs beneficial
  • Ability to work 8am-5pm CST Monday-Friday
