Oversee service delivery, ensure SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements are met, and identify opportunities to automate network service provisioning, monitoring, and reporting.
Maintain documentation, ensure compliance with internal IT policies and external regulatory standards, and manage relationships with managed service providers.
