Job Summary

  • With our unique model of care which places the residents needs as your number one priority, you will help create a home away from home for our residents.
  • As the RN you will be a core member of the residential team and work with both the management of the home and the carers to provide tailored and individualised responsive care for the residents.
  • We reward our Registered Nurses with a $2000 bonus after 6 month probation period, market leading remuneration, salary packaging, and additional training & career development opportunities.

Salary

Base: Market leading remuneration; Bonus/Equity: $2000 bonus after 6 month probation, $2000 bonus after 3 years, $3000 bonus after 5 years; Benefits: Salary packaging $15,900 annually for living expenses, plus up to $2,650 for entertainment, purchased annual leave, fitness passports, EAP, commercial discounts

Key Requirements
