Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Perform point-of-care laboratory tests
Collect and document vital signs
Phlebotomy and specimen processing
Prepare patients and treatment rooms
Administer medications as directed
Nice-to-have
Kindness and compassion in patient interactions
Participate in brand marketing
Experience in primary care or urgent care
Perform quality controls and equipment checks
Key Requirements
Certified Medical Assistant or eligible within 90 days
Phlebotomy experience required
Current BLS certification preferred; required within 90 days
