Job Summary

• The North America Specialty Reserving Lead will be responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow of up to 4 analysts with the responsibility of coordinating and reviewing the reserving process and results for North America Specialty.
• This key role will be highly visible, as you will have the opportunity to interact with and advise senior management.
• We are looking for an individual who has the ability to work independently, is pragmatic in their approach, can manage multiple projects to strict deadlines, and is driven to enhance existing processes.

Key Requirements

• BS in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• FIA or FCAS preferred
• 6+ years’ experience in commercial lines
• Experience of reviewing and managing reserving processes
• Experience of setting reserves
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes
