Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current Arkansas Physical Therapy License or eligible within 1 month
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Pass state abuse registry checks, drug screen, TB test, and immunizations
  • Preferred 2 years Physical Therapy experience
  • Preferred OCS, CSCS, DN certification
