Job Summary

  • The role will be responsible for leading partnership system projects by gathering business and user requirements from partners and coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet partnership needs.
  • It will oversee the setup and maintenance of commission structures for brokers and bank partners and lead the team in preparing user stories, developing test cases, and conducting system testing to support successful project delivery.
  • Represent Partnership Divisions in leading IT-related system projects, including system enhancements, onboarding of new partners/brokers, commission structure setup, and implementation of regulatory changes, ensuring all relevant approvals are obtained.

Key Requirements
