Skechers USA Inc. is seeking a Manager for Fixtures & Equipment, responsible for designing and executing store fixture strategies that enhance customer experience while meeting operational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a background in retail design, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams

Job Summary

  • This role contributes to Skechers’ success by producing outstanding store fixture designs and standards that uphold Skechers Customer Experience, meeting cost, schedule and operational requirements by working with a cross functional team.
  • You will be responsible for executing design strategy in the design of fixtures, furniture and equipment for Skechers stores, providing clear, effective and timely communication of design direction and changes to consultants and vendors.
  • The role involves managing the fixture development process by assessing the scope of the project through review of store designs plans and designs, and is responsible for the development of all schematic and final fixture drawings and all store concepts in a market.
