Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and perform wound care, including dressing changes, assessments, and documentation.
Manage intravenous (IV) therapy, including the insertion and maintenance of IVs, and facilitate the admission and discharge processes.
Supervise, mentor, and provide support to STNAs, ensuring quality care is delivered to patients and communicating effectively with all team members.
