Job Summary

• You will play an integral part in the planning and leasing of commercial facilities within NParks.
• The job will require you to work with various stakeholders as well as marketing agents to secure tenants in the parks and spaces managed by NParks and manage tenancy-related matters.
• As part of your responsibilities, you are also expected to work with stakeholders to develop good-fit businesses to inject vibrancy and visitorship of the parks and spaces, and work on marketing initiatives to increase business footfall to tenant establishments.
