Salary
Base: $19.00 - $26.76 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) match, 80 hours holidays
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school graduate or equivalent
2 years regulated manufacturing experience
Ability to read blueprints and instructions
Manual and automated machine operation
Visual and dimensional part inspection
Nice-to-have
Previous light assembly experience
Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
Experience in medical device environment
Participation in continuous improvement initiatives
