Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
Preferably CIPD qualified
Extensive experience in multiple EMEA jurisdictions including Germany Poland Czech Republic Italy Spain France Netherlands
Experience interacting with national-level Trade Unions or government bodies
