As part of the North America Solution Consulting organization, the Forward Deployed team bridges the gap between 'the possible' and 'the practical' by co-innovating with strategic partners and customers to accelerate the adoption of Workday’s AI solutions.
The Forward Deployed Enterprise Architect acts as a technical bridge to Global System Integrators, making 'agentic AI' real for the enterprise by architecting POCs and leading 'Agent Test Drives' to showcase Workday's unique platform capabilities.
This role involves co-innovating with partners on AI roadmaps, leading rapid prototyping of agentic workflows, supporting innovation-based consumption models, and acting as a critical sensor for Product & Technology teams.

Base: $138,600 USD - $208,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for bonus plan or commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
