Base: $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly; Bonus/Equity: This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Apparel, shoes, and accessories sales typically range from 3% to 14.5%. The commission Beauty and Men’s Fragrance sales roles typically receive is 3%; Benefits: 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
