Job Summary
Our Total Rewards team plays an important role in supporting the attraction, engagement, and retention of key talent for the Firm.
As a Rewards professional, you will contribute and support the team in the Firm’s compensation and benefits program management, which includes review, data analysis, data simulations, market research, communication, rollout of salary and benefit programs.
You will also play an advisory role to our internal stakeholders relating to compensation and benefits policies and programmes.
