  • Staff must ensure sufficient licensed personnel are available for each shift and delegate administrative authority to Charge Nurses effectively.

Key Requirements

  • Current active RN license in the state
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2 years or more experience in long-term care
  • Current CPR certification
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
