Key Requirements
Current RN licensure and work permit in Kentucky
Associate degree in nursing
Enroll in bachelor's degree program within 12 months of hire
Achieved bachelor's degree within 5 years
ACLS/PALS/NRP certification
Dysrhythmia class completion
Minimum 2 years ICU, CCU, or cardiovascular nursing experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
ACLS certification within 6 months for experienced nurses
ACLS certification within 1 year for new graduates
