The role involves assisting the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and supervising the activities of the nursing staff to ensure consistent delivery of care.
The incumbent acts as a back-up for the DON and RN/LVN staff while overseeing clinical operations including daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions.
This position requires maintaining confidentiality regarding residents and employees while keeping abreast of regulatory changes and communicating them appropriately.

Key Requirements
