Employees must ensure that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently and answer resident calls promptly.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and reporting any suspected violations immediately.

Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Record data on notes, SPAs, and incident reports
