  • Essential duties include assisting the Director of Nursing in directing nursing activities, participating in policy development, ensuring compliance with procedures, and managing personnel functions.
  • The role involves direct nursing care, medication administration monitoring, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, and care plan development and implementation.
