Essential duties include assisting the Director of Nursing in directing nursing activities, participating in policy development, ensuring compliance with procedures, and managing personnel functions.
The role involves direct nursing care, medication administration monitoring, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, and care plan development and implementation.
