Job Summary
This entry-level role is responsible for providing professional first-line remote and onsite technical support to ensure zero missed Service Level Agreement conditions.
The engineer must proactively identify, log, and resolve standard incidents while liaising with stakeholders to expedite diagnosis and resolution.
Success in this position requires strong communication skills, the ability to plan activities under pressure, and a commitment to placing the client at the forefront of all interactions.
