Must-have

  • 10 years of maintenance experience
  • 7 years supervisory or managerial role
  • BS in Engineering degree required
  • Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) expertise
  • CMMS system proficiency (e.g., SAP)
  • Root cause analysis process knowledge

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or OTC industry
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Good presentation skills for management levels
  • Vendor and consultant management experience

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years maintenance experience
