Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility, as well as maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
  • The role requires reporting any changes in resident condition, accidents, or incidents to supervisors promptly and maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
