Job Summary

• Responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of KONE’s Global Ethics & Compliance Program in KMTA.
• Conducts compliance with risk assessments at a country level, develops action plans based on findings, and follows up with the business to ensure actions are put into place.
• Promotes a compliance-oriented culture and mindset among employees and partners of KONE units in the region.
