Previous urgent care or emergency department experience
Experience training newly hired clinical staff members
Participation in performance improvement initiatives
6 months relevant experience within AdventHealth facility
Key Requirements
High School Grad or Equivalent required
1+ related work experience or accredited MA program graduation
Basic Life Support CPR Certification required
CMA, CMAC, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, NRCMA, or PARA license required
