Job Summary

  • As a Car OEM team leader, drive and support the team to work cross-functionally to achieve key platform design wins and create business for focused applications.
  • Builds relationships with local ecosystem players (Car OEMs, Carriers, Silicon influencers etc.) and influences their roadmap to leverage and orchestrate connections, partnerships and innovations within the ecosystem.
  • Lead the business proposal validation, develop detailed execute plans to address opportunities for NXP including an accurate and trackable forecast on revenue and ROI.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor or above Degree in Electrical Engineering or related
  • 10-15 years selling experience in Semiconductor/Automotive
  • At least 8 years in sales management
  • Proven track record in achieving Revenue and Design Win target
  • Proven ability at selling at C level and Technical management level
  • Proven track record of selling solutions
  • Fluent both in Mandarin & English
