Salary
Base: $66,600 - $86,600 per year; Bonus/Equity: Quarterly bonuses or commission available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, retirement contributions, employee stock purchase plan

Must-have
Maintain strong presence on production floor
Identify hazards and assess risks
Enforce environmental health safety standards
Conduct root cause investigations for incidents
Coordinate emergency preparedness drills
Nice-to-have
Strong working knowledge of OSHA EPA NFPA
Proficiency with Smartsheet and Excel
Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
Self-driven problem solving skills
Experience with worker's compensation claims
Key Requirements
3+ years Environmental Health Safety experience
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety or related field
Knowledge of OSHA EPA and NFPA regulations
Experience in manufacturing and distribution environment
