Job Summary

  • This position will understand the intricacies of the Revenue Cycle and initiate/co-drive project work that affects the bottom line of the organization and helps take ROPS to World Class via strategic, measured, and intentional methods of improving Yield.
  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Initiate and drive work streams of projects that directly impact the organization’s overall health via improved Yield.
  • DaVita offers a variety of programs to help strong performers grow within their career and also offers on-demand virtual leadership and development courses through DaVita’s online training platform StarLearning.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience
  • Project Management Experience preferred
  • Intermediate Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience with data analysis and/or process innovation
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Demonstrative technical and/or statistical understanding
