Job Summary

  • The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for responding to and repairing property issues identified by our residents throughout the branch city market.
  • Complete all requested property maintenance within Main Street Renewal service level agreement (SLA) turn-around times and scope which includes but not limited to property walks, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry repairs as well as external repairs to asset.

Key Requirements

  • 2-3 years of prior maintenance experience
  • Minimum of 1-year in maintenance with single-family or multi-family property management
  • HS Diploma or GED

  • At least 21 years old
