Job Summary

  • Engage with customers daily, delivering system usage training and providing experimental design, data analysis, logistical, and troubleshooting support.
  • Act as a key contact for responding to customer issues and maintaining relationships, ensuring rapid adoption and maximum customer success with 10x Genomics’ products.
  • Support field sales team at trade shows, seminars, and technical symposiums, including presentations and networking with thought leaders.
