  • Refine and maintain the company written QA/QC Plan and conduct training for new and existing employees.
  • Meet with project teams to ensure project-specific QA/QC plans are in place, including subcontractor plans, mock-ups, and inspections.
  • Facilitate handoff meetings, solicit feedback, and conduct post-job reviews to evaluate program effectiveness and document lessons learned.
