  • The primary responsibility of your job position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty, ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
  • Participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures, and ensure that all nursing service personnel comply with established procedures.
  • Ensure that a sufficient number of licensed practical and/or registered nurses and certified nursing assistants are available for your tour of duty to ensure that quality care is maintained and routine nursing care is provided.
