Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year experience OR High school diploma and 3 years experience
  • 1 year supervisory experience in residential setting
  • Registered Behavior Technician OR Licensed Psychiatric Technician OR Qualified Behavior Modification Professional
  • Group Home Administrator OR Adult Residential Facility Administrator certification
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Knowledge of California's Lanterman Act and Title 17 and 22 regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday
