Key Requirements

  • 15+ years work experience
  • 5+ years in execution systems, operational technology, IT and operations
  • Experience in process automation, MES and batch manufacturing industry standards
  • Direct experience designing, building, deploying and supporting automation and execution systems
  • Experience in running site-based shop floor and laboratory systems globally
  • Proven track record of influencing the industry on operational technology
  • Experience building, managing, and deploying high performing systems globally
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at all organizational levels
  • Ability to build, mentor and grow a high performing team
  • Strong project management skills in biopharma manufacturing
  • Functional knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations
