Job Summary

  • In this role, as Incident Lead & CI KPI development Manager, you will be leading global product incident management teams, coordinating investigations and communication for customer complaints, and drive our Q KPI Complaints development.
  • As part of the broader Quality Building Block agenda, you will also collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure KPI development in relation to Complaints.
  • We believe you have experience and qualifications from working in the food and beverage industry, with 5+ years of operational experience and a degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or Process Engineering.
