Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 7+ years EHS experience
  • ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 knowledge
  • Risk assessment methodologies (HAZOP, FMEA, Bow-Tie)
  • Incident investigation (ICAM, RCA, TapRoot)
  • German language proficiency (negotiation level)

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in regulated industries like Pharma or Biotech
  • MSc in Safety Engineering or Environmental Science
  • Wellbeing and mental health prevention strategies
  • Strong stakeholder leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with sustainability initiatives

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of EHS experience
  • Higher academic degree (MSc/MAS) in relevant field
  • Fluent German and very good English
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or chemical industries preferred
