  • The Assistant supports the Team and the Relationship Managers (RMs) with all Intermediaries & FO and end-client requests on trading and operational aspects - with the objective to ensure seamless operations and fast, competent and complete responses.
  • The RM relies on the Assistant to help promote and service the e-channels dedicated to the Intermediaries & FO and to process the related requests and enquiries.
  • As such, they are a role model for professional, competent and high-quality client care and the foundation of our successful Front teams.

Key Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant ARM experience
  • Professional CACS Papers 1 and 2
  • CMFAS Modules 1B, 5, 6A, 8A certification
  • Working knowledge of T24, Olympics and TEMOS
  • MAS Registered/Appointed Representative
