Key Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in client-facing roles within life science industry
  • 2+ years sales leadership experience in biotechnology or adjacent sectors
  • Proven ability to hire, onboard, and coach ISR and SDR teams
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Residency in North America (Central or Eastern time zones preferred)
